Global Account Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all elements of a worldwide travel program, encompassing client retention, contract negotiations, implementation, and business consolidation.

• Direct sales of products and services.

• Manage financial operations, including budgets, billing, payments, and profitability.

• Lead business planning initiatives and conduct reviews.

• Facilitate central communication across various regions for BCD Travel and client global initiatives or interests.

• Develop and oversee multinational business strategies aimed at increasing revenue, reducing costs, optimizing asset use, and minimizing client attrition risk.

• Create and implement business enhancement plans.

• Supervise new business implementation alongside the global implementation team.

• Negotiate the terms of client contracts and manage contractual obligations.

• Identify opportunities to leverage global technology tools and innovative processes.

• Convey customer operations requirements to owned, partner, and affiliate service locations.

• Experience in the corporate/business travel sector, specifically in client account management.

• Proven track record of implementing and managing large-market/global corporate travel clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of business travel management.

• In-depth knowledge of travel industry technology.
