This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement global account growth strategies through thorough account planning.

• Facilitate regular business reviews and coordinate updates across various regions and international stakeholders.

• Collaborate with global alliance, channel, and ecosystem partners to manage complex, multi-country solution sales.

• Act as the main executive liaison for global customer accounts.

• Create and execute global account business plans that align with customer goals and corporate priorities.

• Utilize consultative selling techniques to discover and expedite strategic opportunities.

• Establish trusted-advisor relationships with executive stakeholders in international organizations.

• Meet and oversee quarterly, semi-annual, and annual revenue, margin, and growth targets.

• Ensure precise pipeline management and forecasting.

• Direct strategic initiatives for margin optimization and recovery.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, global business units, regional sales teams, service organizations, and partner ecosystems.

• Recognize complex customer needs across diverse markets.

• Align customer needs with global capabilities and orchestrate delivery and supply chain models.


⛳️ Requirements

• A University or Bachelor's degree is required.

• More than 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Industry experience is essential.

• Experience in product specialties such as computers, printers, servers, or storage is required.

• In-depth knowledge of key customer types or customers relevant to the products.

• Comprehensive understanding of the company at an expert level.

• Proven leadership and cross-functional skills.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Capability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners.

• Executive-level management of customer relationships.

• Skills in partner organization intelligence and partner management.

• Advanced negotiation and deal-closing skills in sales.

• Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes for large deals.

• Relevant knowledge of the client's industry and current trends.

• Familiarity with the company's comprehensive range of solutions.

• Ability to comprehend customer business challenges and translate them into company solutions.

• Competence in prioritizing and driving strategic sales initiatives for complex solutions.

• Strong competitive selling skills.

• Ability to sell across various platforms and specialties.
