Global Account Executive – Cosmetic & Drug Sales

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Propel growth in new business opportunities for cosmetic and drug services and solutions.

β€’ Oversee the complete sales cycle, which includes BANT lead qualification, identifying decision-makers, initiating opportunities, securing prospect meetings, delivering presentations, articulating value propositions, negotiating contracts, and finalizing sales.

β€’ Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of U.S. FDA regulations for cosmetics and drugs to support both prospective and current clients.

β€’ Enhance international and U.S. sales within existing accounts by introducing products and services while identifying customer solutions.

β€’ Engage in cross-cultural communication with business executives, managers, and supervisory-level personnel.

β€’ Achieve 100% quota attainment through self-generated leads, as well as leads from webinars and trade shows.

β€’ Collaborate across various functions to ensure outstanding client experiences and successful project execution.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 1–2 years of experience in an outbound sales role managing the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, and closing new business.

β€’ A passion for identifying, sourcing, and nurturing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.

β€’ Experience in conducting product demonstrations and utilizing a consultative sales approach.

β€’ Proficient in outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads.

β€’ Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally for trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and visits to the company headquarters in Hampton, VA.

β€’ Foreign language skills, especially in Spanish or Korean, are highly desirable.

β€’ Familiarity with U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulations for drugs and cosmetics.

β€’ A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations is preferred.

β€’ Must reside in one of Registrar Corp's supported locations: AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, Puerto Rico, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV.

β€’ Must indicate whether work sponsorship will be necessary in the United States.
