GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project requests from the point of submission to delivery.

• Engage with customers through email and provide prompt status updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion.

• Manage multiple customer projects while upholding accuracy and attention to detail.

• Investigate issues, gather necessary information, and assist in determining appropriate customer solutions.

• Keep precise records and documentation for customer requests.

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct all customer interactions in a professional manner, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Support European operations in accordance with evolving business and operational requirements.

• Experience in customer support, project coordination, account management, or similar positions.

• Knowledge of satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or related areas.

• Windows 11 PC; Mac systems are not supported.

• 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors.

• Webcam and USB headset.

• i5 processor or higher.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Backup power solution.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET.

• Willingness to work on Sunday, Monday, and public holidays from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET.
