GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project requests from initiation to delivery.

• Interact with customers through email, providing timely updates on their status.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion.

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently while ensuring accuracy and detail-oriented execution.

• Address issues by gathering relevant information and assisting in identifying solutions for customers.

• Keep precise records and documentation related to customer inquiries.

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct all customer interactions professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Support European operations in alignment with changing scheduling and business requirements.

• Familiarity with satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or similar domains.

• Work location limited to the Philippines.

• Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET.

• Available to work on Sundays, Mondays, and public holidays, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET.

• Must have a Windows 11 PC; Mac systems are not supported.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM required.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• Must have a webcam and USB headset.

• An i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
