GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project requests from initiation to delivery.

• Engage with customers through email and provide timely updates on project status.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion.

• Monitor multiple customer projects while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Investigate concerns, gather relevant information, and assist in identifying appropriate customer solutions.

• Keep precise records and documentation related to customer requests.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct every customer interaction with professionalism, prioritizing satisfaction.

• Familiarity with satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or similar fields.

• Must be located in the Philippines.

• Windows 11 PC required (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB RAM or more.

• Dual monitors are necessary.

• A webcam and USB headset are required.

• i5 processor or higher is essential.

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable) is mandatory.

• Backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• Must be comfortable working the proposed schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET; Sunday, Monday, and Public Holidays, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET.

• Strong written English skills and the ability to submit resumes in English are essential.
