GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project inquiries from initiation to delivery.

• Communicate with clients through email and provide prompt status updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion.

• Monitor multiple customer projects while ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Investigate problems, collect information, and assist in determining suitable solutions for customers.

• Keep precise records and documentation for customer inquiries.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage all customer interactions with professionalism, prioritizing satisfaction.

• Support European operations as per the evolving business and operational requirements.

• Familiarity with satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or associated disciplines.

• Windows 11 PC is required; Mac systems are not supported.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Webcam and USB headset.

• i5 processor or superior.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection.

• Backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET, and Sunday, Monday, and public holidays from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM CET.
