GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project requests from initial submission to final delivery

• Engage with customers through email and provide prompt status updates

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project completion

• Monitor various customer projects while upholding accuracy and attention to detail

• Analyze issues, collect information, and assist in identifying solutions for customers

• Keep precise records and documentation related to customer inquiries

• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

• Conduct every customer interaction with professionalism and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities concurrently

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues

• Comfortable operating in a structured, process-oriented environment

• Capable of working independently and taking charge of issues

• Experience in customer support, project coordination, account management, or related fields

• Familiarity with satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or related disciplines

• Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported)

• 16 GB RAM

• Dual monitors

• Webcam and USB headset

• i5 processor or better

• Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)

• Microsoft Teams / Office 365

• Willingness to work the proposed schedule and adapt as operational needs change
