GIS Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer orders and project requests from initiation to delivery.

• Engage with customers through email, providing prompt status updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

• Manage multiple customer projects concurrently, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Investigate issues, gather relevant information, and assist in identifying optimal solutions for customers.

• Keep accurate records and documentation pertaining to customer requests.

• Work together with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Conduct every customer interaction with professionalism, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

• Support European operations in accordance with the proposed schedule.

• Experience in customer support, project coordination, account management, or similar positions.

• Familiarity with satellite imagery, earth observation, GIS, remote sensing, mapping technologies, or related domains.

• Windows 11 PC; Mac systems are not supported.

• Minimum of 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitor setup required.

• Webcam and USB headset necessary.

• i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Applicants should be comfortable working the proposed schedule and remain adaptable as requirements change.
