This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee designated projects and/or cases
• Comply with standard company procedures
• Execute call-center initiatives and offer telephone assistance to patients, healthcare providers, and funding organizations
• Assist with funding and accessibility concerns, encompassing private, public, and special access programs along with compliance initiatives
• Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data accumulation, continuous patient follow-up, compliance, monitoring therapy disruptions/discontinuations, reporting adverse events, and collaborating with primary healthcare providers
• Conduct pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research activities involving physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals
• Make a substantial number of outbound calls related to patient programs
• Record all activities in the program-specific database
• Engage in refresher and specialized training concerning products or programs
• Provide insights on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental interactions
• Update the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues on case-management status during scheduled absences
• Assist in training new caseworkers through observation and call monitoring
• Report all adverse events to the designated departments
• Carry out additional duties and tasks as necessary
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, typically acquired through a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent blend of education and experience
• At least one (1) year of customer service experience
• Bilingual in French and English is essential
• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution sector
• Familiarity with an automated warehouse operating system
• Strong business and financial insight
• Solid analytical and mathematical expertise
• Effective oral and written communication capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to consistently comply with deadlines
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
