This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the quality and precision of LLM-generated German text in areas such as translation, summarization, dialogue, and grammar correction.

• Edit, enhance, or rewrite German content to align with linguistic, cultural, and literary standards.

• Annotate German texts to highlight grammatical, syntactic, semantic, and stylistic attributes.

• Detect model inaccuracies and linguistic deficiencies.

• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance LLM performance in the German language.

• Offer comprehensive literary and linguistic feedback for model training and assessment.

• Compile high-quality German linguistic data to train and refine the model’s comprehension and generation abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German, with a strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and stylistic nuances.

• Professional background in literary editing, copywriting, criticism, or NLP-related linguistic annotation in German.

• Solid understanding of literary intricacies, tone, genre-specific norms, and regional language variations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to spot subtle translation mistakes or awkward phrasing.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Experience collaborating with remote, distributed teams.

• Interest in AI, translation technologies, or LLM-driven language research is preferred but not mandatory.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.
