German – English Over the Phone Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate clear and precise language interpretation over the phone.

• Support non-English speakers in a variety of tasks.

• Convey the thoughts, intentions, emotions, and nuances from the source language to the target language.

• Adhere to relevant ethical guidelines and professional standards.

• Possess knowledge of industry-specific terminology, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker.

• Proficient in English at a B2/C1 level.

• Experience in interpretation and familiarity with medical/legal terminology is advantageous.

• Computer running Windows 10 or a later version.

• Processor specifications: Pentium or i3; minimum Core 2 Duo 2.1 GHz; recommended i5/i7 2.4 GHz or higher.

• At least 4 GB of RAM; 8 GB is preferred.

• Reliable and fast wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not permitted.

• Internet speed of at least 4 Mbps for both download and upload.

• Noise-canceling wired USB headset required.

• Eagerness to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
