This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Comprehend shifts in real-world data needs and their implications for strategies and product roadmaps.
• Identify use cases and requirements stemming from advancements in technology and clinical practices.
• Assess medical literature, guidelines, and sources of clinical information.
• Observe the effects of AI and technology on data generation, clinical analyses, and interpretation.
• Define and convert clinical concepts and requirements into data definitions.
• Collaborate with RWD technical and business leaders to improve solutions.
• Specify analyses to validate the scientific and clinical accuracy of RWD data and solutions.
• Enhance data definitions, analyses, and interpretations with insights from Labcorp clinical and scientific experts.
• Identify and spearhead AI solutions that support clinical data and product workflows.
• Act as the primary resource for cohort and feature definitions as well as clinical inquiries.
• Engage with internal clinical and scientific experts and drive ongoing improvements.
• Address clinical inquiries during data and product development and delivery processes.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare practitioners, academic institutions, and industry professionals.
• Present use cases, definitions, and RWD content to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support clinical events, congresses, publications, and strategies for scientific leadership.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights for publications and scientific congresses.
• Attend key congresses to present findings and engage with clinical leaders.
• A healthcare professional degree (e.g., MD, PharmD) with 3 or more years of clinical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in RWD/RWE and/or healthcare analytics.
• Preferred: Postgraduate research experience in Life Sciences (e.g., Masters, PhD).
• Preferred: Proven experience in publishing scientific research and/or presenting at medical congresses on RWD/E-related topics.
• Knowledge of real-world data and the life sciences/healthcare industry.
• Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy laws and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of medical coding ontologies (e.g., ICD-10, NDC, RxNorm).
• Experience using AI tools to aid in data generation, interpretation, and validation activities.
• Capability to function in a cross-functional environment with clinical, business, and technical teams, as well as external partners/collaborators.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
• High level of persistence, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Limited travel (10–20%) may be necessary.
• Full-time, exempt (salaried) position.
