This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Oversee the strategic implementation of real-world data strategies and technical solutions.
• Identify use cases and requirements essential for product roadmaps.
• Assess medical literature, guidelines, clinical information, and technological advancements impacting RWD requirements.
• Convert clinical concepts and requirements into precise data definitions.
• Collaborate with technical and business leaders to enhance RWD solutions.
• Define analyses to validate the scientific and clinical accuracy of Labcorp RWD data and solutions.
• Collaborate with Labcorp clinical and scientific experts to refine data definitions, analyses, and interpretations.
• Identify and spearhead AI solutions for clinical translation and data/product workflows.
• Act as the primary resource for cohort and feature definitions as well as clinical inquiries.
• Promote continuous improvement in engagement, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure that clinical inquiries are addressed during the development and delivery of data and products.
• Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, academic institutions, industry professionals, and Labcorp clinical leaders.
• Present use cases, definitions, and RWD content to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support strategies for congresses and publications.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to generate insights for publications and scientific congresses.
• Attend significant congresses to present findings and interact with clinical leaders.
• A healthcare professional degree (e.g., MD, PharmD) with at least 3 years of clinical practice experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in RWD/RWE and/or healthcare analytics.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of real-world data and the life sciences/healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data privacy laws and best practices.
• Profound knowledge of medical coding ontologies such as ICD-10, NDC, and RxNorm.
• Experience in utilizing AI tools for data generation, interpretation, and validation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, business, and technical teams as well as external partners.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong planning, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong critical thinking and effective decision-making skills.
• A high level of persistence, professionalism, and a positive demeanor.
• Occasional travel of 10–20% may be necessary.
• Full-time, exempt (salaried) position.
