Gerente Financeiro – Administrativo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the development, monitoring, and optimization of the DRE, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, both direct and indirect.

• Structure executive reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Services/SaaS, Runway, and Working Capital.

• Anticipate scenarios to support the leadership's strategic decision-making.

• Oversee tax assessments, tax planning, ancillary obligations, and accounting closures.

• Integrate generative AI, automation, and digital solutions in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, billing, and cash forecasting.

• Coordinate the annual budget, analyze Budget vs. Actual, financial modeling, pricing, and investment scenarios.

• Lead the working capital strategy, investments, and fundraising efforts.

• Negotiate with banks, partners, and suppliers.

• Serve as the primary executive financial reference and direct analytical partner to the CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proficiency in CPC/IFRS and economic-financial concepts.

• Proven track record of leading comprehensive financial and accounting operations in Technology, B2B Consulting, or Services companies.

• Hands-on profile, from operational to strategic levels, including closures, reconciliation, taxes, projections, and valuation.

• Technological fluency and practical use of AI tools for data analysis, routine automation, and reporting.

• Mastery of ERPs and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience in building dashboards in Power BI/Looker.

• Strong business acumen, analytical rigor, effective communication, and ownership mindset.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, Tax Management, or Valuation is advantageous.

• Active registration with CRC or strong technical knowledge in accounting/tax routines is a plus.

• Experience with recurring revenue models such as SaaS, Cloud, or Managed Services is a plus.

• Background in corporate governance, external auditing, or M&A is a plus.
