This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage development projects, ensuring the delivery of contracted services with quality, within the established timelines and budget.

• Act as the direct responsible party for information risks within operations and teams.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control development projects and support services on the X-Via Platform.

• Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and goals set for milestones and expected deliverables.

• Manage contractual, technical, and operational risks, including information security and compliance with the LGPD.

• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as the governance model of the contract.

• Coordinate the preparation of executive reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and accountability to the client and financier.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administration, or related fields.

• A desirable experience of 6 years in managing complex information technology projects and programs.

• Preference for experience in digital government or software factories.

• Knowledge in related activities.
