This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching, training, analysis, and project leadership for Equipment Ownership, encompassing 6S, Equipment Center-lining, and Autonomous Maintenance.

• Offer coaching, training, analysis, and project leadership in areas such as Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, Stores and Spares Optimization, Equipment Classification, and CMMS.

• Oversee the delivery and execution of the Master Deployment Plan aimed at capability building and implementation throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with Division, Function, and Site leaders to coordinate, develop, implement, and monitor EFO and Master Plans.

• Deliver training, coaching, and constructive feedback to direct reports.

• Manage the collective EFO teams’ schedule to ensure sufficient support for sites and regional stakeholders.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of PEAK and how EFO integrates with other PACS.

• Facilitate meetings, kaizen events, and workshops to address pressing business needs.

• Monitor EFO success measures associated with lagging performance metrics.

• Educate, mentor, and coach Divisional, Functional, and Site leaders on the application of roadmaps and tools.

• Balance performance measures across Quality, Productivity, Cost, Service, Safety, and People metrics.

• Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual strategies, plans, and tactics for EFO deployments.

• Propel the development and direction of the overarching EFO strategy.

• Track the performance of the PEAK EFO system and create communication tools and processes for supply chain leadership.

• Align EFO initiatives with the Strategic Plan and the PEAK implementation strategy.

• Enhance capabilities and deploy systems to optimize value streams and work processes.

• Build resident PACS teams, systems, and leaders aligned with corporate strategy.

• Connect PACS work groups to prioritized business opportunities.

• Select, coach, and train champions.

• Instruct and support teams in utilizing problem-solving and tracking tools.

• Conduct regular and periodic validations.

• Provide guidance and alignment in support of the LATAM PEAK Agenda.

• Develop the capabilities of internal resources required to execute critical initiatives.

• Deliver analytics and business intelligence for project selection, root-cause analysis, and project validation.

• Create training sessions for COE teams to enhance EFO capabilities and understanding.

• Assist in strategy and direction for EFO PACS through content development.

• Ensure that PEAK initiatives positively impact results and cultural shifts through capability building, engagement metrics, and connections between activities, losses, and business needs.

• Report to the Sr Mgr, Automation Engineering.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in Maintenance and Technical Operations.

• Strategic and tactical knowledge of TPM or Maintenance Excellence Sigma.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing timelines.

• Familiarity with organizations that adopt a Continuous Improvement methodology (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma), emphasizing Policy Deployment, Goal Alignment, Education & Training, etc.

• Experience with maintenance routines including planning, execution, and feedback.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• Ability to inspire, develop individuals, communicate effectively, listen actively, and perceive well.

• Capability to work seamlessly from the Manager level down to the shop floor.

• Open-mindedness and a willingness to learn from others.

• High credibility with all employees.

• Readiness to embrace change and lead transformation efforts.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time across various sites in LATAM and North America.
