This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Ensure sales outcomes through medical promotion, appropriate tool usage, and the implementation of business strategies.
• Achieve the execution of marketing strategies at the district level.
• Organize, plan, and oversee the work of assigned representatives.
• Ensure compliance with the team's performance standards.
• Secure monthly and annual sales targets for each product.
• Establish action plans for different territories.
• Drive demand generation through medical prescriptions.
• Develop personnel through individual action plans and the LMS platform.
• Ensure productivity indicators related to coverage, frequency, and market penetration are met.
• Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain the quality of medical and pharmacy files.
• A degree (mandatory) in Economic-Administrative areas, Chemical-Biological sciences, or Humanities.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role as a District Manager.
• Willingness to travel.
