Geospatial Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership for a team of over 15 technical geospatial professionals.

• Execute technical tasks and ensure quality assurance/quality control while overseeing others.

• Provide subject matter expertise and oversight on project deliverables.

• Develop, enhance, and implement technical processes.

• Establish and reinforce quality assurance/quality control standards.

• Create and manage the quality of team deliverables.

• Train, coach, mentor, supervise, manage, and inspire staff.

• Address issues impacting technical project objectives.

• Lead or assist with technical scope, budget/pricing development, proposals, and project planning.

• Foster client relationships and support business development efforts.

• Collaborate with Aviation Regional Delivery, Survey Discipline, and Geospatial Sector.

• Review scopes of work and fee structures for approval.

• Act as a key internal technical liaison.

• Provide monthly reports on resource planning, completion percentages, budget variances, and market communications.

• Organize and schedule team workload and performance.

• Manage resource planning to ensure the team maintains appropriate capacity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in the aviation sector is preferred.

• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience is preferred.

• Applicants must have valid work authorization in the country where the position is located.
