This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and implement training courses both on-site and regionally, as well as through webinars.
• Evaluate customer training requirements in collaboration with the Training Manager and other departmental leaders.
• Formulate assessment techniques and measurement systems tailored to specific training needs.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop functional curricula for GIS products.
• Organize and timetable GIS product training sessions.
• Aid in the planning and arrangement of training venues, logistics, transportation, accommodations, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure that training activities and materials are up-to-date and relevant.
• Keep abreast of developments in the GIS field.
• Adhere to Milsoft’s values and principles regarding ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Experience with ESRI is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Milsoft’s software applications and their deployment requirements.
• High proficiency in conveying software and deployment knowledge to others.
• Competence in Google Suite and MS Office products.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in roles related to training, curriculum development, product deployment, or similar technical fields.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Must be willing to travel frequently.
• Demonstrates regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and compliance with relevant health and safety protocols.
• Salary classified as exempt.
• Option for remote work.
• Significant travel requirements associated with the position.
