GEO Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver focused support to clients, emphasizing visibility in AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Mode.

• Strategically advise on the integration of GEO with SEO, SEA, social media, PR, and other online marketing avenues.

• Investigate the questions of target audiences in AI systems and create sets of prompts.

• Assess AI visibility utilizing tools like Peec AI.

• Examine the sources referenced by AI systems.

• Formulate specific actions for AI-optimized and citation-worthy content, product data for ChatGPT Shopping and Google Shopping, as well as brand mentions on pertinent third-party sites.

• Prioritize initiatives based on revenue and lead generation potential.

• Offer operational assistance for client projects and generate tickets for developers and technical service providers.

• Collaborate with clients to create action plans and strategic roadmaps.

• Support clients through consistent meetings until objectives are met.

• Share GEO expertise with client teams.

• Experiment with new GEO strategies and disseminate findings with the team.

• Continuously enhance the standard GEO process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SEO or Organic Search.

• Background in organic search with a keen interest in GEO.

• Some experience with GEO projects or personal testing of GEO strategies.

• Familiarity with the functionality and interplay of key online marketing channels.

• Experience with larger online shops, product data, or Google Shopping is advantageous.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from extensive data sets.

• Proficiency with AI tools and APIs.

• Capability to create custom automations.

• Skill in articulating complex topics clearly, including to stakeholders without a technical background.

• Organized and structured approach to managing multiple client projects.

• Strong sense of accountability and an ownership mentality.

• Excellent written and spoken German skills.

• Experience with significant projects, typically involving around 10,000 or more indexed URLs.

• Interest in fostering a long-term collaboration.

• Eagerness to assist companies in achieving greater success through consulting.
