This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Identify high-potential candidates across Engineering, Operations, Growth, Mission Success, and Sales via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Manage 8–15 simultaneous requisitions from start to finish, including intake and offer closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align candidate standards, and maintain continuous feedback loops.
• Design and oversee Ashby as the central system of record, encompassing pipelines, stages, candidate information, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Facilitate engaging candidate experiences throughout each stage of the interview process.
• Authentically convey 2F’s mission from initial outreach to the final offer.
• Transform hiring manager specifications into Boolean sourcing and screening criteria.
• Challenge excessively detailed requirements and unrealistic timelines.
• Aggregate feedback from hiring managers, candidate insights, and market intelligence into weekly pipeline evaluations.
• Extend and negotiate offers in collaboration with the compensation team and HR.
• Enhance time-to-fill metrics, source yield, offer acceptance rates, pipeline momentum, and retention in late-stage processes.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing concurrent searches across both technical and commercial sectors.
• Proficient with Ashby or a similar ATS, including pipeline setup, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Recruiting experience in Engineering, Operations, Growth, Mission Success, and Sales.
• Strong ability to assess candidate motivation, confidently negotiate offers, and identify risks for late-stage drop-outs.
• Metrics-oriented approach focused on tracking time-to-fill, source yield, and offer-acceptance rates.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Knowledge of niche or cleared talent pools, including security clearance requirements and specialized technical expertise.
• Candidates must reside in one of the designated hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia; Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill, NC; Denver/Colorado Springs, CO; or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
