This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Lead and implement AdGem's commercial growth strategy in Southeast Asia, with Singapore as a potential regional hub.
• Develop a pipeline and establish partnerships throughout the surrounding Southeast Asian markets.
• Identify, cultivate, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships in mobile publishing, loyalty programs, fintech, rewarded advertising, and digital ecosystems.
• Manage regional pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting, and overall commercial performance.
• Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key partners and decision-makers across Southeast Asia.
• Represent AdGem at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to AdAction leadership regarding opportunities, competition, and regional trends.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and account management teams to ensure successful launches and long-term partner development.
• Help define the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources necessary to expand AdGem's business in Southeast Asia.
• Act as the senior commercial representative for AdGem throughout Southeast Asia.
• Spend approximately 50–75% of your time in-market for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, general management, or commercial leadership in ad tech, mobile advertising, digital media, fintech, loyalty, or a similar sector.
• Proven success in generating revenue and forming strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia, with experience in multiple SEA markets.
• Demonstrated experience in selling or developing ad monetization solutions, rewarded advertising products, offerwalls, or similar performance-based monetization strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage and finalize complex commercial partnerships.
• Strong comprehension of performance marketing and ad tech economics, including CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, LTV, and monetization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and effective when working independently with considerable autonomy.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
• Knowledge of one or more Southeast Asian languages is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia, approximately 50–75% of the time.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor/consultant.
• Responsible for relevant local registrations, taxes, insurance, and other duties associated with independent contractor status.
