General Manager, SolarBalls, Run Monster Run

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational partner to Creative Director Alvaro Calmet within the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun ecosystem.

• Oversee the execution of multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.

• Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, risks, and communication with stakeholders.

• Foster accountability and ensure follow-through across teams and initiatives.

• Eliminate operational bottlenecks before they affect delivery.

• Provide visibility into project status, milestones, risks, and upcoming priorities.

• Safeguard the Creative Director’s time by organizing meetings, managing priorities, consolidating information, and minimizing operational overhead.

• Enhance communication among creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners.

• Develop and refine documentation, workflows, operating procedures, and project management systems.

• Assist new strategic initiatives as the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun business grows, including opportunities in streaming platforms, licensing, consumer products, partnerships, and other new business ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Chief of Staff, Operations Leadership, or related roles.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Strong project management skills across multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with changing priorities.

• Highly proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated.

• Proven ability to lead through influence instead of formal authority.

• Strong skills in documentation and improving operational processes.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
