This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take responsibility for the P&L of Fliff’s gaming operations, which includes revenue, margins, content expenses, and promotional budgets.
• Develop the strategy and roadmap to elevate the social sweepstakes casino into a top-tier casino offering.
• Discover, assess, and introduce new gaming verticals and offerings.
• Establish revenue, engagement, and retention objectives while providing performance reports to executive leadership.
• Direct the product vision for the gaming portfolio, encompassing lobby experience, game exploration, merchandising, jackpots, missions, and gamification.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize the gaming roadmap.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to create a unique gaming experience within the Fliff super app.
• Manage relationships with game studios, aggregators, and platform vendors, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and ongoing oversight.
• Negotiate and oversee commercial agreements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing on promotions, lifecycle campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with Payments & Fraud, CX, and Compliance to ensure games operate securely within the sweepstakes framework.
• Build and lead the Games team over time.
• 8+ years of experience in iGaming, social/sweepstakes casinos, or real-money gaming, with a minimum of 3 years in a GM, commercial, or product leadership position.
• Proven P&L management of a gaming or digital consumer business.
• Extensive understanding of casino content, game mechanics, and the studio/aggregator ecosystem; experience with the sweepstakes model is highly desirable.
• Successful history of negotiating vendor agreements and managing strategic partnerships.
• Inherently curious self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts.
• Strong analytical capabilities: proficient in gaming KPIs (GGR/NGR, hold, ARPPU, retention) and adept at constructing business cases.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, marketing, CRM, CX, and fraud departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in launching a new gaming vertical or product line from inception.
• Familiarity with sweepstakes compliance and promotional regulations in the U.S. market.
• Experience overseeing external game studios or co-development partners.
