This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a long-term growth strategy for the Enterprise Resource Planning portfolio.
• Establish priorities concerning customers, markets, services, revenue, pipeline, market access, partnerships, and investment.
• Track public-sector ERP priorities, funding, procurement, competitors, platform trends, and customer requirements.
• Create market-entry and account plans for key agencies, jurisdictions, programs, procurement channels, and contract vehicles.
• Convert S&P's capabilities, previous performance, relationships, and delivery experience into a unique market position.
• Represent S&P in high-level customer interactions, industry associations, conferences, software-vendor forums, partner forums, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Counsel the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership on opportunities, risks, capabilities, and investments.
• Cultivate relationships with senior government, finance, procurement, HR, IT, and program leaders, as well as software companies, systems integrators, and other partners.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities that align with S&P's strategy and capabilities.
• Guide initial opportunity strategy, solution direction, customer engagement, competitive positioning, win themes, and partner strategies.
• Develop platform and delivery partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Head of Capture on key pursuits.
• Define a unique public-sector ERP portfolio encompassing advisory, implementation, governance, optimization, and managed support.
• Identify ERP platforms and capabilities to cultivate, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, SAP, and other major ecosystems.
• Transform market demands into clearly defined ERP offerings and market entry strategies.
• Work with Service Delivery to develop talent, methodologies, tools, and operational discipline for ERP transformations.
• Launch new offerings to the market, secure initial clients, and drive growth while ensuring delivery quality and customer trust.
• Take ownership of bookings, revenue, pipeline, and market expansion targets.
• Monitor the progression of opportunities, pipeline quality, forecasts, win rates, and overall business performance.
• Report on business performance to executive leadership.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in ERP transformation, consulting, delivery, and growth.
• Extensive experience serving federal, state, and local government clients.
• Profound understanding of the public-sector ERP market, including customer buying behaviors, procurement processes, funding, competitors, alliance ecosystems, and relevant connections.
• Proven success in building or leading an ERP practice, portfolio, business unit, or major market segment.
• Responsibility for strategy, revenue, pipeline, offerings, partnerships, delivery capability, and financial outcomes.
• Significant experience throughout the ERP transformation lifecycle.
• Product and delivery expertise to evaluate opportunities, craft credible solutions, and oversee successful implementation.
• Credibility within one or more major ERP ecosystems.
• Established relationships with software companies, systems integrators, clients, and proficient ERP consultants.
• Experience with Infor, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, SAP, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Proven track record of developing persuasive business cases, originating and winning complex opportunities, entering new markets, forming strategic alliances, and generating measurable revenue growth.
• Strong executive presence, financial acumen, and effective decision-making abilities.
