General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement our strategic approach for the Poland market, encompassing sales, customer delivery, KPI establishment, and recruitment.

• Create an effective pipeline to achieve our ambitious sales goals in the B2B sector. You will be tasked with leading engagements with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market.

• Recruit the foundational country team responsible for sales and implementations.

• Determine event priorities and decide where to allocate resources for brand visibility.

• Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media engagements.

• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to create new collaborations and sales opportunities, alongside the global business development team.

• Conceptualize, own, and propel significant initiatives in Poland.

• Over 15 years of experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

• Experience in consulting and sales.

• Extensive knowledge in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises.

• Entrepreneurial mindset. A proactive, hands-on individual eager to get involved to achieve outcomes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A practical leader who thinks creatively and aims to deliver results.

• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

• Native proficiency in Polish.
