This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the commercial launch strategy for innovative PET-imaging agents targeting Alzheimer disease in the US.

• Expand market share, volume, and profit margins.

• Lead cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, applications, project management, and operations.

• Implement an account management model for nuclear medicine aimed at imaging centers and referring physicians.

• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of PET imaging and Vizamyl for Alzheimer’s patients.

• Align local market entry strategies with contract manufacturing organization partners.

• Foster internal collaboration among key stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in Alzheimer disease.

• Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback for effective product lifecycle management.

• Drive product improvements and refine marketing, sales, pricing, and profitability strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and provide outstanding customer support.

• Establish strategic partnerships with radio pharmacies, including joint marketing and co-promotion initiatives.

• Enhance relationships with referral physicians through engagement, education, and communication.

• Implement sales models that boost referrals and educate physicians about GE HealthCare diagnostics products.

• Collaborate with General Managers within and outside the PDx organization to identify and implement synergies and best practices.

• Empower, motivate, and develop a high-performing commercial team.

• Partner with global teams on label and portfolio expansion projects.

• Forge strategic alliances with pharmaceutical companies in Alzheimer care to align diagnostic and therapeutic go-to-market strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.

• Over 10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or product leadership.

• More than 3 years of successful senior-level sales management, product, and/or general management experience.

• Experience in the Healthcare/MedTech industry.

• Proven track record in launching innovative PET-imaging agents.

• Understanding of clinical data, supply chain, reimbursement, education, and commercial execution value drivers.

• Experience in product lifecycle management.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

• Strong clinical orientation and scientific literacy.

• Strategic and ethical leadership qualities.

• Excellent collaboration, influencing, agility, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to develop and implement multiple priorities and strategies.

• Strong P&L management skills, including pricing and variable-cost productivity.

• Experience in building and deploying effective commercial sales teams.

• A sense of urgency and ability to manage fast-paced projects.

• Eligibility to work legally in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Successful completion of any required drug screening.

• Preferred: capacity to foster a culture of high-performing teams.

• Preferred: technical proficiency in financial reporting tools.

• Preferred: ability to influence and collaborate with senior management effectively.

• Preferred: skill in negotiating complex and strategic contracts.

• Preferred: familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and organizational structures.

• Preferred: knowledge and experience with large, complex sales and marketing processes.

• Preferred: demonstrated history of driving sales success and maintaining rigorous sales teams.
