Game Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Support the planning and development of in-game events.

• Design in-game items.

• Assist in the testing of in-game events to guarantee product quality and service.

• Implement in-game events in the live environment.

• Monitor events, document performance or technical challenges, and propose corrective measures.

• Oversee gaming operations and provide daily updates on game status to the Game Team.

• Aid Producers in the implementation of monetization strategies.

• Conduct investigations and maintain records of game exploits, bugs, and other related issues in the online gaming sphere.

• Provide support for game-related inquiries to the Customer Support Team.

• Evaluate player feedback and suggestions for the ongoing enhancement of the game.

• Balance, create, deploy, and test in-app purchases (IAPs) both in-game and for the Webstore.

• Implement existing pricing strategy documentation to develop sustainable product offerings.

• Monitor game resource and currency economies for effective planning.

• Collaborate with Game Design Teams on content launches and in-game synchronization.

• Participate in IAP Planning Meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient working knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Basic computer literacy is essential.

• Personal computer with reliable internet connection (this is a remote position).

• Preferred experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

• A thorough approach to tasks with a keen attention to detail.

• Passion for gaming; prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of and/or interest in the Free-to-Play (F2P) gaming model.

• Familiarity with and/or interest in F2P games.

• A university degree is desirable but not essential.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Must be located in Bulgaria.
