Game Industry Sourcing Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, portfolios, communities, and other pertinent channels.

• Perform direct outreach and initial candidate engagement.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future openings.

• Collaborate closely with the People team to gain insights into role specifications and desired candidate profiles.

• Monitor outreach efforts and candidate interactions in the ATS or shared tools.

• Offer insights on talent market trends and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a significant focus on sourcing.

• Strong background in the gaming sector, especially in casual games.

• Proven track record in direct outreach and engaging passive candidates.

• Excellent skills in sourcing through LinkedIn.

• Understanding of creative and technical gaming profiles.

• Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity while closely collaborating with an internal team.

• Clear, professional, and respectful communication style.

• Candidates must complete a skills assessment as part of the hiring process.

• Availability that aligns with European time zones.
