This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership or provide support for intricate PLM sales cycles by identifying workflow inefficiencies and aligning Fusion Manage with valuable business results.
• Collaborate with Autodesk account managers to devise synchronized deal strategies and coherent customer messaging.
• Conduct discovery sessions across engineering, operations, IT, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Develop and present ROI models linked to reductions in cycle time, cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk management.
• Co-sell alongside implementation partners from the decision-making phase through deployment and ensure long-term success.
• Work with Fusion technical experts to confirm architecture, map future workflows, and deliver demonstrations.
• Foster executive alignment by connecting PLM initiatives to quantifiable operational and financial results.
• Navigate complex customer environments and cultivate internal advocates.
• Maintain discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-ups using Salesforce and contemporary sales tools.
• Document win themes, competitive insights, and repeatable strategies for broader PLM sales efforts.
• Proven experience in selling and positioning PDM/PLM solutions within enterprise settings and successfully closing intricate software deals involving multiple functional stakeholders and executive engagement.
• Strong discovery capabilities with the ability to comprehend and reconstruct cross-functional workflows.
• Background in selling business-critical systems that have a clear financial impact due to downtime or inefficient processes.
• Proficiency in influencing and aligning senior executives by clearly articulating ROI and strategic value.
• A collaborative approach with the adaptability to lead or support account strategies.
• Ability to distill complex technical information and relate it to top-line and bottom-line outcomes.
• High energy, competitiveness, and capacity to manage deals at a startup pace in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficient communication skills in English and German, both spoken and written, are essential.
• Proficiency in French or Italian is considered an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Germany.
