This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and oversee all operations and functions of the Funding Department.
• Lead the Funding Leadership Team within the designated territory, ensuring that responsibilities align with or surpass NSM standards.
• Collaborate with DVPs, RADs, Branch Leaders, ATPs, and other leadership and support personnel to implement Funding procedures in accordance with company policies and expected timelines.
• Manage the transaction cycle time from Ready to Process through to Funding Approval.
• Oversee and facilitate the hiring, training, mentoring, performance evaluation, continuous education, and career advancement of the Funding Specialist Team.
• Create and update training materials, guides, and progress reporting systems.
• Guide the career development of the Funding Leadership Team to foster self-sufficient performance management.
• Monitor the productivity, quality, and compassion of Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists.
• Direct work order caseloads and adjust responsibilities as needed.
• Organize temporary coverage to ensure timely processing of orders with quality and compassion.
• Regularly share Key Performance Indicators with direct reports and stakeholders.
• Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports.
• Oversee the credit exception process to accelerate delivery when appropriate and as directed.
• Address employee and client conflicts, escalating unresolved issues as necessary.
• Handle payroll and administrative tasks for direct reports.
• Engage in personal continuous education, complete NSM University courses, and research payer issues and updates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Funding Director.
• Execute position responsibilities professionally and with minimal supervision.
• At least 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing at least 10 direct reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capability to review, analyze, and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions, and governmental regulations.
• Must meet established productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Must maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a professional corporate office or an approved, secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Competence in using standard digital office equipment and productivity tools.
• Must be able to remain stationary at a desk for extended periods, with the flexibility to sit or stand as needed.
• Ability to frequently operate a computer, keyboard, and other standard digital office productivity tools.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information regularly with internal stakeholders, business partners, clients, and employees.
