This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create innovative and practical solutions to significant business challenges within the meter-to-cash framework.
• Evaluate software requirements across various ERPs and domains, outlining solution parameters and specifications.
• Oversee the functional scope of projects while minimizing risks for both clients and the company.
• Collaborate with Origin and client teams to assess design alternatives and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Lead design workshops and client onboarding sessions to collect and clarify business requirements.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle, including objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Analyze the business and technical impacts of proposed solutions.
• Proactively communicate with clients to address issues that may affect project success.
• Assist account teams in creating solutions based on client ecosystems.
• Contribute to proposals and bids that align with Origin's standards and strategic goals.
• Present solutions in conjunction with senior management to potential clients.
• Monitor project scope and communicate changes to reduce financial risks.
• Support project leads with resource allocation and cost management.
• Mentor junior team members and guide workstreams on larger projects.
• Identify additional services offered by Origin and opportunities to upsell current products and services.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to effectively influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in articulating business challenges and drivers with enterprise software and CIS solutions.
• Expertise in change management, system modernization, and transformation projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to plan and conduct design workshops with varied stakeholder groups.
• Over 7 years of experience in utilities, with practical knowledge of CIS software and implementation support.
• At least 4 years of consulting experience with Oracle Utilities products (CC&B, C2M, or CCS).
• Proficient in 75% of C2M/CCS sub-modules.
• Strong comprehension of meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience in transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Utilities solutions.
• Preferred background in integrating Oracle Utilities products with Customer Self Service and Field Work Management systems.
• Familiarity with design principles within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technology field.
• Over 7 years of relevant professional experience, including internships and training.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be taken into account.
• Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time.
• Travel availability requirement of at least 25% (job-related travel).
