Full-Stack Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop new features from initial concept to full deployment.

• Enhance UI/UX by creating clean and intuitive interfaces.

• Write dependable test code to ensure product stability.

• Design AI prompts and workflows.

• Construct structured evaluation tests to assess AI prompt performance and accuracy.

• Maintain code quality through reviews, adherence to best practices, and thorough testing.

• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

• Share insights, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the long-term vision of the product.

• Take complete ownership, quickly learn the codebase, and deliver efficiently.

• Complete the Culture Index™️ survey, engage in a cultural fit interview, technical assessment, follow-up interview, and Q&A during the application process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional coding experience of 3–5 years is required.

• 1–2 years of experience in JavaScript is essential.

• A strong drive and potential are important; junior developers are encouraged to apply.

• Availability to work primarily during US hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Chicago time, with some required overlap.

• Willingness to take ownership and follow projects through to completion.

• Comfort with rapid iterations and client feedback is necessary.
