Full Stack Engineer – Go, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices utilizing Golang.

• Develop responsive, reusable, and user-oriented web applications employing React and contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Connect frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Create and advance cloud-native applications and distributed systems.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Engage in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance enhancement.

• Assist with CI/CD pipelines, application deployments, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Detect and resolve technical challenges while optimizing application performance.

• Contribute to ongoing enhancements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools as appropriate to enhance productivity and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in developing frontend applications using React.

• Over 3 years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.

• Direct experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design.

• Proficiency in relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Knowledge of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures is a plus.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka is advantageous.

• Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-driven solutions is beneficial.

• Understanding of real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies is a plus.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools is preferable.

• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions is a plus.
