Full Stack Engineer – Go, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices utilizing Golang.

• Create responsive, reusable, and user-friendly web applications by employing React and contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems seamlessly.

• Develop and enhance cloud-native applications and distributed systems effectively.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code to ensure high quality.

• Engage in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.

• Support CI/CD pipelines, oversee application deployments, and assist in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in production environments.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges while optimizing application performance.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted development tools as appropriate to enhance productivity and code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in developing frontend applications with React.

• Over 3 years of experience in Go programming, backend development, REST APIs, and microservices.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, API integrations, and application design principles.

• Proficiency in relational or NoSQL databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.

• An understanding of application security, performance optimization, debugging, and production support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.

• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot applications, or AI-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with real-time communication, voice integrations, or telephony technologies.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Exposure to third-party AI/ML integrations or generative AI solutions.
