Full Stack Engineer, Backend Oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product feature development process, covering both frontend and backend aspects.

• Incorporate popular AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into your everyday workflow.

• Convert product requirements into functional implementations, ensuring smooth collaboration between frontend and backend teams.

• Advocate for full stack practices, mentor colleagues, and support the scaling of AI-enhanced development within the organization.

• Detect efficiency barriers in cross-team interactions and recommend enhancements to product, design, and engineering workflows.

• Engage in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to deployment and iterative improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field focusing on AI.

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• High proficiency with widely-used AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).

• Capability to clearly communicate requirements and constraints to AI, as well as review, validate, and rectify AI-generated code.

• Self-motivated and adept at working with minimal oversight.

• Skillful at transforming ambiguous concepts into distinct specifications and advancing them effectively.

• Excellent logical reasoning and communication abilities.

• A keen interest in other teams and a proactive stance on suggesting enhancements.

• A strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
