Full Stack Engineer – Back-end Oriented

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete development process for product features, covering both frontend and backend.

• Integrate popular AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily operations.

• Convert product requirements into functional implementations while minimizing handoff friction between frontend and backend.

• Serve as a full stack "seed," promoting full stack best practices and mentoring colleagues.

• Assist in scaling AI-enhanced development throughout the organization.

• Identify efficiency obstacles in cross-team collaboration and recommend process enhancements.

• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for Computer Science or AI-related fields.

• 1–5 years of professional experience.

• Strong foundation in at least one backend programming language: Java or Golang.

• Proficient in Node.js and React.

• Experience managing end-to-end projects in production environments, not just personal side projects.

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and essential backend principles.

• Highly skilled with popular AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).

• Ability to clearly communicate requirements and constraints to AI tools; strong fundamentals to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.

• Self-motivated and boundaryless — you take initiative to identify and address tasks without waiting for assignments.

• Possess a product and operational mindset — capable of transforming vague ideas into clear specifications.

• A curious observer — attentive to how other teams operate and actively proposing improvements.

• Strong logical reasoning and communication skills; enthusiastic about learning new technologies.

• Contributions to open-source projects or notable GitHub initiatives.

• Experience in cross-platform development (iOS/Android/Web).
