Fulfillment Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits across various departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of SEO account work.

• Take thorough notes and deliver clear, actionable feedback.

• Identify recurring errors and quality trends for addressing root causes.

• Assist with special projects, including additional audits and reporting tasks.

• Oversee the email support mailbox.

• Meet turnaround deadlines while upholding work quality standards.

• Collaborate with teams based in the United States during overlapping hours.

• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.

• Strong skills in grammar, spelling, and proofreading.

• A genuine attention to detail.

• Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Confidence to provide constructive feedback.

• Interpersonal skills to deliver feedback effectively.

• Time management skills to navigate shifting priorities and competing deadlines.

• Up to 2 years of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred.

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand without restrictions.

• Capability to complete pre-employment screenings, including a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.

• Home office setup conducive to independent work and self-management.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday with an 8:00am NZT start time.
