
Fulfillment and Documentation Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Set up new products for sale on the e-commerce platform.
• Develop and oversee coupon and discount codes for promotions, partnerships, and special offers.
• Process bulk orders made through the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Address order and fulfillment challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
• Create and administer licenses for bulk purchases and partner accounts.
• Establish and manage user groups within the LMS to facilitate access and reporting requirements.
• Verify that license allocations are correct and consistent with order and contract specifications.
• Facilitate onboarding for new partners across both platforms, including account setup, license provisioning, and initial configuration.
• Act as a contact point for partner inquiries regarding access, licensing, and fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and checklists.
• Tailor custom experiences within the e-commerce and LMS platforms for specific partners, cohorts, or bulk purchasers.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director and the broader UX team to ensure that custom setups are in line with the overall user experience.
• Draft and sustain SOPs for new partners and IMA staff that address fulfillment, licensing, coupon/discount setup, onboarding, and custom experience configuration.
• Keep documentation updated as processes and platforms change.
• Record known issues, workarounds, and platform nuances to facilitate continuity and training.
• Work with the data team and product leadership to report on partnership outcomes.
• Deliver accurate and timely data on fulfillment, licensing, and onboarding activities to support partnership reporting.
• Experience in data management, customer data, or similar systems-focused, detail-oriented work.
• No specific experience with e-commerce or LMS platforms is necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks where accuracy is critical.
• Capability to follow and enhance documented processes.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in writing SOPs or process documentation for both internal staff and external partners.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions with data and product teams on reporting.
• Able to work independently in a part-time role, with regular check-ins with the Senior Director.
• Experience with B2B or bulk/partner accounts is advantageous.
• Experience during a platform rollout or migration is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Part-time, 3-month contract position.
