This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a variety of Functional Service Partnership (FSP) positions throughout North America.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to both hiring managers and HR teams.
• Create efficient sourcing strategies and cultivate robust talent pipelines.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment initiatives.
• Influence talent strategy while embodying the values of Thermo Fisher Scientific, which include integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
• Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate settings.
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems, with a preference for Workday knowledge.
• Strong skills in sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and recruiting through social media.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment across various business functions; prior FSP experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and consultation across all levels of the organization.
• Strong capabilities in data analysis and reporting to inform insights and decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Additional language skills are advantageous (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Mandarin).
• A proven history of fostering relationships and influencing through collaboration.
• Experience in metrics tracking, dashboard development, and data-driven recruitment insights.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience representing the company at recruitment events and career fairs.
