French-speaking Sales Development Representative – Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement a high-volume outbound strategy, achieving an average of 50 targeted interactions daily.

• Perform consultative discovery calls to uncover challenges and present intricate technical solutions to the French market.

• Oversee and document all lead generation activities, pipeline management, and outreach efforts within Salesforce.

• Consistently meet a monthly goal of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to enhance messaging based on market insights and technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional fluency in both French and English, encompassing both written and verbal communication.

• A background in Engineering or a strong technical proficiency that allows for comprehension of complex SaaS concepts.

• Demonstrated experience in consultative or concept-driven sales.

• A high level of coachability and a commitment to continually improve your sales skills.

• A friendly, inquisitive, and resolute personality with the resilience to succeed in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous experience in an outsourced sales or agency environment (preferred).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).

• Experience selling specifically in the French industrial or software manufacturing sectors (preferred).
