French Linguistic Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the quality and precision of LLM-generated French text across various applications, including translation, summarization, dialogue, and grammar correction.

• Edit, enhance, or rewrite French content to align with linguistic and cultural standards.

• Annotate French text for grammatical, syntactic, and semantic attributes.

• Detect model errors and identify language gaps.

• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance LLM performance.

• Offer detailed linguistic feedback and analysis to inform ongoing model training initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and stylistic elements.

• Professional background in translation, editing, linguistic annotation, or NLP data tasks in French.

• In-depth understanding of linguistic subtleties, regional differences, and contextually appropriate usage.

• Interest in AI and LLM-driven language technologies (preferred but not mandatory).

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to detect subtle errors or awkward phrasing.

• Strong communication skills and experience working in distributed, remote teams.

• Must be engaged as an independent contractor.

• H1-B or STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
