This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Deliver an outstanding customer experience through expert advice, service, inquiries, and problem resolution.
β’ Recognize customer needs and devise effective solutions for their issues.
β’ Engage in inquisitive dialogue to uncover and address customer requirements.
β’ Provide comprehensive product knowledge and direction.
β’ Address customer and partner concerns, escalating issues as needed.
β’ Spot cross-selling opportunities and connect customers with internal Bank partners.
β’ Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions, including withdrawals and bill payments.
β’ Deliver inbound and/or outbound service and guidance on moderately complex financial products and services.
β’ Advocate for the complete range of products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.
β’ Implement operational policies and procedures while supporting excellence in operations.
β’ Ensure business processes and documentation are completed accurately and in line with regulations.
β’ Contribute to process improvement initiatives and conduct due diligence on customer transactions.
β’ Collaborate as a team member, fostering a positive work atmosphere and addressing relevant issues.
β’ Enhance personal knowledge, engage in knowledge transfer, and participate in cross-training.
β’ Take part in performance management and professional development activities.
β’ Keep team members updated on project progress and daily activities.
β’ Serve as a brand ambassador for TD both internally and externally.
β’ Typically report to a Team Manager.
β’ High School diploma, an Undergraduate degree, and/or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
β’ Established knowledge and skills to provide service and advice across a variety of products and services.
β’ Extensive understanding of the full suite of products, services, and processes within the business area.
β’ Full proficiency acquired through job-related training.
β’ Bilingual in French; proficient in a language other than French to assist clients requiring support in that language.
β’ Various accreditations and/or licenses may be necessary based on the business supported and/or regulatory obligations.
