This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, plan, and manage scientific content for designated accounts across various therapeutic areas and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Group Scientific Director to deliver strategic medical communication insights that align with brand objectives.
• Take the lead in executing content development initiatives independently.
• Oversee the work of Associate Scientific Directors.
• Coordinate with both in-house and freelance personnel to handle writing and other content-related assignments.
• Perform background research, validate data, and manage reference annotations.
• An advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD, or MD) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical publications.
• Proficiency in handling manuscripts, posters, abstracts, podium presentations, scientific platforms, and publication extenders.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze and interpret scientific data effectively.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in managing projects under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with established professional medical editorial processes, including AMA style.
• Knowledge of ethical guidelines such as ICMJE and GPP2022.
• Preferred experience in oncology, particularly with CAR-T and/or Multiple Myeloma.
• CMPP certification is preferred.
