Freelance Recruitment Partner – FX, iGaming, Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify, headhunt, and directly engage with candidates for commercial, management, and leadership roles across global markets.

• Assess candidates and evaluate their sales accomplishments, commercial effectiveness, and industry expertise.

• Provide a steady stream of high-quality, qualified candidates for active vacancies in a timely manner.

• Leverage established candidate networks throughout Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA.

• Operate independently and proactively across various vacancies and market sectors.

• Recruit for positions such as Business Development Managers and New Business Hunters.

• Recruit for roles including Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Commercial Leaders.

• Recruit for FX/CFD Business Development and IB Managers.

• Recruit for Affiliate Managers and Partnership Managers.

• Recruit for Country Managers and Regional Heads.

• Recruit Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory professionals within the FX/iGaming sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) - this is essential!

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.

• Strong knowledge of FX/CFD, iGaming, FinTech, or B2B SaaS recruitment.

• Experience in recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals.

• Demonstrated ability in international headhunting and direct sourcing.

• Established candidate networks throughout Europe, Asia, LATAM, or MENA.

• Capable of evaluating sales achievements, commercial performance, and industry experience.

• Self-reliant, proactive, and commercially oriented.

• Able to issue invoices (SLA).
