Freelance Recruitment Partner – AI, Tech & Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify, connect with, and evaluate candidates in AI, technology, and digital fields for global clients.

• Actively pursue candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and X-ray techniques.

• Evaluate technical skills, portfolios, and overall candidate fit in relation to client needs.

• Provide high-caliber, thoroughly vetted candidates for open positions.

• Utilize existing candidate networks across Europe and other international markets.

• Operate independently across various roles, prioritizing quality over quantity.

• Recruit for positions in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, Ruby on Rails development, cybersecurity, application security, product management, product design, performance marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing, and roles within AI-native technology and digital products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) - this is essential!

• Over 5 years of recruitment experience.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting technical and digital professionals on an international scale.

• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, X-ray techniques, and proactive headhunting.

• Competence in evaluating technical skills, portfolios, and candidate fit.

• Established candidate networks in Europe and other international markets.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Self-sufficient, proactive, and focused on delivering quality results.

• Capable of issuing invoices (SLA).
