Freelance Recruitment Delivery Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee live candidate applications assigned through the ATS.

• Evaluate applications based on specific job criteria and client expectations.

• Reach out to shortlisted candidates quickly via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

• Conduct thorough screening interviews that address experience, suitability, salary expectations, availability, and motivation.

• Confirm essential role requirements before advancing candidates.

• Create precise and succinct candidate summaries for internal approval at DKR.

• Organize interviews, keep candidates engaged, and follow up throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate records within the ATS, including screening notes and candidate statuses.

• Collaborate closely with DKR's international recruitment team to enhance placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in agency recruitment, RPO, or direct talent acquisition.

• Proficient in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.

• Ability to understand job descriptions and assess genuine candidate fit.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Comfort in contacting international candidates across various time zones.

• Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

• Experience with ATS systems.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple active vacancies.

• Capable of invoicing (SLA).
