Freelance Recruiter, Recruitment and Selection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Promote job vacancies and identify potential candidates through a variety of platforms.

• Evaluate résumés in accordance with the specific requirements of each role.

• Reach out to candidates via WhatsApp to discuss job opportunities.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and arrange interview schedules.

• Maintain updated spreadsheets and recruitment systems regarding candidate status.

• Follow up on candidate responses and assist in subsequent phases of the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail abilities.

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, especially for operations and sales roles, is advantageous.
