Freelance Recruiter – Recruitment and Selection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job vacancies across various platforms

• Evaluate and screen resumes

• Actively seek out potential candidates

• Reach out to and engage with candidates

• Conduct interviews

• Evaluate candidates to determine their fit with the job specifications

• Recommend candidates for the subsequent stages of the hiring process

• Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Proven experience as a freelance recruiter specializing in Recruitment and Selection

• Background in recruiting for operational and high-volume roles

• Proficient in posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates

• Strong organizational skills, agility, and effective communication abilities

• Self-motivated and proactive in candidate sourcing

• Familiarity with job advertising platforms
